When do we collect personal information and what personal information do we collect?
We may collect personal information about you as follows:
- If you fill in forms on our website, we will collect your contact details and the other information you provide in the form.

- If you ask to be added to our marketing database, we will collect your name, the name of your company/organisation (if any) and email address.

Where do we store your personal information and how it is kept secure?
Some of the information you provide to us will be transmitted electronically, e.g. information provided via our website or by email. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers located in the European Economic Area. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Caching
This site utilises caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary. We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed

Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
What we share with others
We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example Brevo, our couriers and our fulfilment centres.
Payments
We accept payments through Elavon (Opayo). When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Elavon, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Stock Notifications
Our Back In Stock Notifications stores the following information when customers sign up to receive back-in-stock notifications:
- Customer e-mail.
- Sign-up date.
- Notification date.
This information can be used to personally identify customers, and is stored in the database indefinitely.
Gift Cards
Our Gift Cards service stores the following information, as provided by gift card buyers:
- Sender name.
- Recipient name.
- Recipient email.
- Message from sender to recipient.
This information can be used to personally identify the sender and recipient(s), and is stored indefinitely.
Full access to all gift card data is restricted to Store Administators only. Store Managers may view and search by sender, recipient and gift card code. However, gift card messages cannot be viewed by Store Managers.
Affiliates
What and where we store:
- If you are an affiliate, we store a cookie with your affiliate ID and map it to the user accessing our site with your link.
- If you are a visitor accessing our site with the affiliate link, we store your IP address. And if you place an order, then your order details are stored along with your IP address.
Export/Delete personal data
Exporting personal data is available for both – affiliate and visitor.
Export/delete of personal data will be processed only after receiving confirmation about it.
For deleting cookie data, a visitor can simply delete cookies from their browser. Read our Cookie Policy for instructions on how to do this.
Subscriptions
What we collect and store
For the purposes of processing recurring subscription payments, we store the customer’s name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number and credit card/payment details.
What we share with others
We will share any relevant information with our payment partners to process payments. We accept payments through Elavon (Opayo). When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Elavon, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Automation for email marketing
When form information is submitted across our website, including but not limited to our newsletter signup, contact forms and checkout, it is sent to Zapier, it is then sent to various third party services. These services are: Brevo (formerly Sendinblue).
This information is then stored to send you email marketing if you opted in, where relevant, and in the future may be used to help deal with customer queries and feedback.
Your rights in relation to the personal information we hold
You have the right to:
Request access to your personal data (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.
Request erasure of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal data to comply with local law. Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.
Object to the processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. We usually act on requests and provide information free of charge, but may charge a reasonable fee to cover our administrative costs of providing the information for:
- baseless or excessive/repeated requests,
- or further copies of the same information.
Alternatively, we may be entitled to refuse to act on the request. Please consider your request responsibly before submitting it. We’ll respond as soon as we can. Generally, this will be within one month from when we receive your request but, if the request is going to take longer to deal with, we’ll come back to you and let you know.
