A cozy autumnal treat
We let Andy Clarke loose in the distillery to make this warming Apple Bob cocktail. As the nights draw in and the temperature drops, this cocktail is the perfect hug in a mug to get you through till Christmas.
Ingredients

25ml Toffee Liqueur
Method
In a pan, heat cloudy apple juice, 2 cinnamon sticks, 2 star anise and 2 cloves for 5 minutes until it starts to bubble.
Take it off the heat and add V Spiced Rum and toffee liqueur. Pour into your favourite mug.
Crush honeycomb using a pestle and mortar, then sprinkle on top as a garnish, and enjoy!
