A deliciously rich and creamy chocolate cocktail – perfect for easter

Method
Carefully snip off the top part of a Lindt bunny’s ears, creating an opening just large enough to pour into. Add the Chocomel, Kahlua and V Spiced Rum to a shaker, and shake vigorously with ice – you can pop the extra Lindt chocolate in too. Carefully pour out the chocolate mixture into the top of the bunny. Garnish with fresh spring flowers and serve with a straw.
