The humble classic meets V Premium White Rum. The result? An irresistible medley of crisp citrus, magnificent mint and luscious lime.

1 Lime

1 tsp Granulated Sugar, or 20ml Sugar Syrup

Handful of Mint

Soda Water to taste

Handful of Crushed Ice
Method
- Add almost all of the mint to the bottom of a sturdy shaker.
- Add in the sugar and the lime juice too, then muddle to combine and release the flavours.
- Pour in your V Premium White Rum, and add a handful of crushed ice.
- Shake vigorously until chilled and combined.
- Pour into a glass, topping up with Soda Water.
- Garnish with your reserved Mint, serve and enjoy.
