A vegan twist on the classic sour for those cold winter nights
A variation on the classic Spiced Rum Sour that uses vegan foamer rather than egg white which nails that frothy, creamy texture we all love in a rum sour. Our Vegan Spiced Rum Sour is the perfect cocktail for vegans, those taking on vegan-uary or anyone who just loves a good cocktail!
Ingredients

50ml V Spiced Rum

5 drops Vegan Foamer

15ml Sugar Syrup

1 Lemon
-
2 drops of Banana Bergamot Bitters (optional)
Method
Combine Spiced Rum, vegan foamer, sugar syrup, banana bergamot bitters and 25ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice into a shaker. Shake hard for 15 seconds. Strain liquid and discard ice. Pour contents back into the shaker and shake once again, this time without ice. Strain into a glass and garnish with a lemon peel and floral bitters.
