Method
- Pour your V Overproof Rum, Campari and Pineapple Juice into a shaker.
- Add the Demerara Sugar and a handful of ice, then shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a short rocks glass with ice.
- Slice a decorative wedge of Pineapple to garnish, serve and enjoy!
