
Life is better with bubbles. This less-famous cousin of the mojito keeps the mint and lime, but adds sparkling wine for a crisp, refreshing twist.

Method
- Gently muddle the mint leaves in a cocktail shaker, reserving a few for the garnish.
- Add the rum and lime juice alongside a handful of ice, then shake until cold.
- Double strain into a coupe glass.
- Top with sparkling wine, and crown with a sprig of mint.
