Pineapple Pyre

V Spiced Rum and Fiery Pineapple, a perfect blend of sweet and spicy in this tall, tropical cocktail.

Simple, spiced, sublime. This quick and easy cocktail packs a punch, blending sweetness with spice, and crowned with charred pineapple.

Method

1. Add V Spiced Rum to a shaker with a handful of crushed ice.
2. Squeeze in fresh lime, and sprinkle in a pinch of paprika.
3. Add the Pineapple juice, then shake vigorously to combine.
4. Strain into a chilled glass.
5. Cut a thin slice of pineapple, and torch until charred.
6. Top the glass with the charred pineapple and a twist of lime, serve and enjoy.
