Leaving more than just milk for Santa this Christmas eve

100ml Fresh whole milk

100ml Fresh double cream
Method
Chop your dark chocolate into small pieces for even melting.
Add the whole milk, double cream and chopped chocolate into a saucepan. Gently heat the mixture, stirring often so that the chocolate doesn’t burn.
Once the chocolate has fully dissolved, take your mixture off the heat, and let it come down to room temperature, then chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
To the cooled mixture, add your V Spiced Rum, ginger liqueur and ginger syrup.
Add a handful of ice into your cocktail shaker, pouring the chilled mixture over the top.
Shake vigorously for around 60 seconds, then carefully pour your cocktail mixture into two coupe glasses, sip and enjoy!
