Looking for something extra special this Valentines Day? This Overproof Rum cocktail is sure to turn up the heat! Mixed with Pineapple and Cranberry juice for a burst of fruity flavour, and topped with sparkling prosecco for that signature spritz fizz.

Method

Add a handful of crushed ice to a shaker, then pour in your V Overproof Rum, Pineapple Juice and Cranberry Juice. Shake until combined, then pour into a glass. Top with Prosecco, cheers, and enjoy!
