A fruity cocktail that packs a serious punch
Based on the classic Fog Cutter, this variation sees our white variety of Overproof Rum complimented by a beautiful Cognac, Gin and later topped with a boozy cherry liqueur. One of our personal favourites!

15ml Lime Juice

7.5ml Sugar Syrup

7.5ml Cherry Heering

Garnish: Lime

Method
Shake V Overproof White Rum, Pierre Ferrand 10 Generations, Citadelle Gin, Lime Juice, Sugar Syrup together, then pour over a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Top with more crushed ice, drizzle Cherry Heering over the top, letting it bleed beautifully through the drink.
